Is your website secure?

Purchase safety is important - we all hate being scammed. Hype Nation processes orders through BigCartel, our website hosting platform. They use 256 bit SSL encryption during checkout so your credit, debit, and other personal information is kept 100% secure. We use PayPal to receive orders and ship items via Canada Post.

Are your products authentic?

We get this question a lot. The answer is: YES! Although not all of our items are deadstock and contain receipts, we take care in measuring the legitimacy of any of our products. If you inspect an item and conclude it is fake, we may be able to issue a refund. Just contact us.

How much is shipping?

Hype Nation is proud to be one of the first online street wear re-sellers based strictly in Canada. This lets us provide free express shipping to Canada on all orders.

If you place an order to be shipped in the United States, our flat rate fee is CAD$10 per item. Shipping is done via Canada Post.

What if my package never shows up?

Shipping usually takes 2-5 days, depending on where you live. If you still haven't received your package after a week from purchase, check on Canada Post via the tracking code we've provided you. All our parcels are fully insured so if anything ever happens we'll be able to give you your money back.
